NCE Study Partner Online or In Person

Im in the DC Metro area and looking for a study partner. Im open to an online study partner as well. I plan to take the test in October 2009. I have the Rosenthal book and plan to go through that up until July/August and then start Dr Linton's study course since that is time limited (3 months acesss/$279). I am also ordering the flash cards from Mo Media as well.
